The timeline
- We pack and dispatch your order within 1 to 3 business days.
- The moment it ships, you get an email with your tracking link.
- Delivery usually takes another 7 to 12 business days.
Finding your tracking link
The link goes to the email address you used at checkout. If you cannot find it, check your spam and promotions folders first, since shipping notifications often land there. You can also look your order up here using your order number and the email address you ordered with.
A brand new tracking number can take up to 48 hours before it shows any movement, and it is normal for tracking to sit quiet for a few days while a parcel is in transit rather than being scanned.
If something looks wrong
Email support@sollaine.com with your order number if the tracking has not moved for more than 10 business days, if the parcel is marked as delivered but you do not have it, or if anything else does not look right. We aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours and we will chase it for you.
